Noah Dettwiler misses out on his second tangible result in the Moto3 class once again. The recently ailing rider from Basel finished 20th in the Grand Prix of San Marino in Misano, Italy.
The 19-year-old Dettwiler achieved his only classification in the top 15 to date in mid-April thanks to 14th place in the Grand Prix of America in Austin, Texas.
The race in Misano was surprisingly won by 17-year-old Angel Piqueras. The Spaniard took his first Grand Prix victory despite two penalties, which meant he had to ride a longer route twice. Piqueras' compatriot David Alonso, who is the clear leader in the world championship standings, had to settle for 7th place.
