President Donald Trump's US administration does not believe that Ukraine's membership of NATO is realistic, even after the end of the Russian war of aggression. "The United States does not believe that NATO membership for Ukraine is a realistic outcome of a negotiated settlement," said US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth at a meeting of the Ukraine Contact Group in Brussels.
