Jonathan Okita is leaving FC Zurich with immediate effect and moving to Bodrum FK in Turkey. The 17th-placed player in the table from southern Europe confirms the signing of a contract until the summer of 2027.
The 28-year-old Congolese attacker joined FC Zurich in the summer of 2022 and has played 91 competitive matches for the city club in the last two-and-a-half years. He scored 21 goals in the process. In the current season, however, Okita has only scored one goal in ten games.
This means that a second former key player is leaving FCZ this week. On Wednesday, it was announced that 24-year-old midfielder Cheick Conde is moving to Serie A side Venezia.
