The musician was sentenced to pay a fine, which he made in the form of payments to the Jewish Community of Leipzig and the House of the Wannsee Conference Memorial and Educational Center. In his new video, Ofarim emphasizes that he has worked on himself and sought professional help. He explains that what he did cannot simply be explained away with an apology or silence.
