Due to his "dangerous and irresponsible" driving behavior, the judge sentenced the 31-year-old to a fine of 2010 pounds (around 2400 euros) in addition to the driving disqualification on Thursday.
Stormzy, whose real name is Michael Ebenazer Owuo Junior, was stopped by police in London's Kensington district on March 7 while driving a Rolls-Royce with tinted windows and a phone to his ear.
The rapper pleaded guilty. He is aware of his responsibility and apologizes, his lawyer announced.
Stormzy had previously been cautioned by the police for driving a Lamborghini in October 2023 with tinted windows that only let four percent of the light through. At least 70 percent light transmission is required.
