The women's national ice hockey team narrowly misses out on a surprise at the international tournament in Södertälje, Sweden. Switzerland lost 2:1 against the Swedes.
EV Zug attacker Rahel Enzler gave the Swiss team the lead in the first period, which they held on to until the 47th minute. In the final period, Sweden's Lina Ljungblom turned things around with two goals.
It was the second defeat for the Swiss after their 3-0 loss to Finland on Wednesday. The tournament concludes with a clash against the unbeaten Czech Republic on Saturday.
