Lausanne HC missed out on catching up on points with the game-free leaders ZSC Lions in the National League.

The Vaud team went down 2:7 in Bern. Simon Moser and Austin Czarnik scored twice for the hosts.

Third-placed HC Davos celebrated their fourth win in a row with a 3-0 win at the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. The last two goals were scored by the Czech Matej Stransky.

Fifth-placed EHC Biel defeated Ambri-Piotta 2-1 after overtime. Fabio Hofer scored the winning goal 56 seconds before the end of overtime.

Genève-Servette HC returned to winning ways after four defeats. The Champions Hockey League winners prevailed 3:1 in Lugano. Teemu Hartikainen had the stick on all three of Geneva's goals. It was the Bianconeri's third home defeat in a row.
