Media RSI must save five million francs in 2025

The radio and television station of Italian-speaking Switzerland RSI is cutting 15 full-time positions as part of cost-cutting measures. Ten of these jobs could be absorbed through natural fluctuation and early retirements, the company announced on Tuesday.

This means that a maximum of five people will have to be made redundant, according to the press release.

The savings would affect "every area of the company". The departments affected will be informed "as soon as possible".

According to the press release, RSI will have to save five million francs in the coming year and over ten million francs in 2026.
