The 400 or so delegates of the SP Switzerland unanimously confirmed Cédric Wermuth (AG) and Mattea Meyer (ZH) as Co-Presidents at the party conference in Davos GR on Saturday. SP Councillor of States Baptiste Hurni was elected Vice-President of the SP Switzerland.

The other four members of the Vice-Presidency were unanimously re-elected: Zurich National Councillor Jaqueline Badran, Fribourg National Councillor Valérie Piller Carrard, Graubünden National Councillor Jon Pult and Lucerne National Councillor David Roth.

The newly elected Hurni from Neuchâtel replaces National Councillor Samuel Bendahan from Vaud, who forms the co-presidency of the SP parliamentary group in the Swiss parliament together with National Councillor Samira Marti from Basel and therefore already sits on the presidency ex officio.
