According to Palestinian reports, many people have once again been killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip. According to the Hamas-controlled Civil Defense, a former school building in the refugee district of Al-Shati in the north of the coastal region was the target of an attack. Ten people were killed and 20 others were injured. Women and minors are said to be among the victims. According to the report, displaced persons were housed in the building.

Residents told the German Press Agency that Israel's military had attacked the building with two rockets. Rescuers were still searching for survivors in the rubble, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported.
