Over the past 24 hours, Israel's military has carried out an intensive offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in Lebanon. According to the Israeli army, over 100 targets, including weapons depots, rocket launchers and command centers, were targeted.
In a military statement, it was reported that the operations in Beit Lahia and Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip uncovered a significant amount of weapons and eliminated numerous terrorists both from the air and from the ground.
The offensive also extends to southern Lebanon, where the Israeli army continues to take action against Hezbollah. Eyewitnesses reported renewed air strikes in southern Beirut on Thursday morning after Israel ordered residents of the affected areas to leave their homes.
On Tuesday, the Israeli air force killed two Hezbollah commanders and a company commander of the Radwan elite force. Over 200 Hezbollah members are said to have been killed in air and ground operations in the past week.
The information provided by the Israeli army has not yet been independently verified. According to reports from Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, numerous civilians have also been killed in the Israeli attacks.
