Flurina Rigling brings home the next Swiss medal at the Cycling and Paracycling Road World Championships in Zurich. The local heroine wins gold in the C2 category time trial.
Two days after her 28th birthday, the Zurich rider won the 18.8-kilometre stage with a 23-second lead over Daphne Schrager from Great Britain.
This is Rigling's seventh world championship medal on the road, her second gold after winning the road race title last year.
