Swiss NBA rookie Kyshawn George and the Washington Wizards are still unable to break out of their downward spiral in the 15th game of the season. They suffered their eleventh defeat in a row against the Indiana Pacers.
The Wizards kept the game open for a long time in their 105:113 win in Indianapolis. They conceded ten points in a row in the third quarter to make it 73:73, and when they got back to 96:98, a run of 2:7 points led to another defeat.
The 20-year-old George from Valais was on court for just under half an hour and scored 15 points and had five assists and five rebounds - his third-best output so far.
The fact that the league's weakest franchise, which has only won twice, can play six of its next eight games at home should give it some encouragement.
