Goalkeeper Benjamin Siegrist is moving from Rapid Bucharest to Serie A club Genoa on loan until the end of the current season shortly before his 33rd birthday.
The Basel native joined the club from Romania's capital last summer from Celtic Glasgow.
Siegrist won the U17 World Cup with the Swiss team in 2009.
