The men's Tour de Suisse 2025 continues to take shape. Aarau will be the starting point for stages two and three.
After the start stage on Sunday, June 15, with the start and finish in Küssnacht, the stage will move to the capital of the canton of Aargau. From there, the riders will tackle the next two stages, finishing in Schwarzsee (Fribourg) and Heiden (Appenzell Ausserrhoden). According to the organizers, a start loop is planned so that the fans in Aarau can see the riders twice.
The exact destination of the fourth stage, which will finish in the Italian Valtellina after starting in Heiden, is also new. The small town of Piuro has been chosen, which lies between the Splügen and Maloja passes. This leaves only the start location of the sixth stage, which will end in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, still to be decided. The organizers plan to announce the exact route at the beginning of 2025.
