Experience a live concert at the movies? Fans of the legendary Bernese band Patent Ochsner had the opportunity to do just that in seven Swiss cinemas on Friday evening. In the video, they explain the advantages of this and whether the atmosphere was just as good.

No time? blue News summarizes for you

  • The Gurtenfestival takes place from July 17 - 20 in Bern.
  • Patent Ochsner played at the completely sold-out festival on July 19.
  • blue Music broadcast the concert exclusively in seven cinemas in German-speaking Switzerland.

When Patent Ochsner plays, the Gurten shakes. The Friday of the festival was completely sold out shortly after the announcement that Büne Huber and his band would be playing.

But fans of the band didn't have to stay at home sadly. blue Music showed the concert live and exclusively in seven blue Cinemas in German-speaking Switzerland, where viewers could enjoy the show comfortably in a cinema seat - or dancing in front of the screen.

The fans tell us in the video whether the cinema experience can keep up with a "real" concert and what the advantages of going to the cinema are.
