The top ten final at the CHI Geneva will take place with last year's winner Steve Guerdat, but probably without Martin Fuchs.

Martin Fuchs has gained one place in the monthly published world rankings of show jumpers and is now eleventh. He is therefore likely to miss out on the top ten final with over half a million Swiss francs in prize money at the CHI Geneva on December 13. The rider from Zurich must hope to be able to move up.

Steve Guerdat's place is safe. The Olympic silver medallist remains number two in the world behind Henrik von Eckermann. The Swede has been enthroned at the top for 28 months. Guerdat won the final for the third time last year.
