The ZSC Lions will sign forward Thierry Bader starting next season. The 27-year-old will receive a three-year contract until the spring of 2028.

Bader is currently in his fifth season with SC Bern. He has also played for Kloten and Davos in the National League. To date, he has played 394 games in the top league and recorded 92 points (33 goals/59 assists).
The son of Austria's national team coach Roger Bader was part of the Swiss national team squad at the 2024 World Cup in the Czech Republic, but did not make an appearance after Kevin Fiala arrived later. In total, the left-footed shot-stopper wore the senior national team jersey 38 times.
