Martin Fuchs will be able to compete in the final of the top ten show jumpers in the world rankings at the CHI Geneva on Friday evening after all.
The 32-year-old from Zurich, the first reserve on the list in eleventh place, is benefiting from the withdrawal of Conor Swail from the USA.
With Fuchs and world number two Steve Guerdat, two Swiss riders will therefore be taking part in the 23rd edition of the season finale. The competition starts at 9.30 pm. The prize money for the ten participants amounts to more than half a million Swiss francs. Guerdat has already won the top 10 final three times, including last year.
