Kadetten Schaffhausen celebrate their tenth win in a row, while Kriens-Luzern also remain successful. Both teams consolidate their positions at the top of the table.
Kadetten Schaffhausen have continued their impressive winning streak in the NLA. With a 39:37 victory against BSV Bern in Gümligen, the league leaders secured their tenth win in a row. Despite a temporary slump, in which a five-goal lead was cut to 11:11, the reigning Swiss champions' victory on the road was never seriously jeopardized.
The performances of Swiss internationals Luka Maros and Mehdi Ben Romdhane, who contributed significantly to the Kadetten's success with seven goals each, deserve special mention. This individual class underlines the team's dominance in the current championship.
Kriens-Lucerne remains on course
In the table, the Kadetten's lead over their closest rivals Kriens-Luzern remains constant at five points. Kriens-Luzern, last year's play-off finalists, also recorded an important victory. They beat fifth-placed Pfadi Winterthur 41:35 to consolidate their position as serious rivals to the Kadetten.
Both teams are in impressive form and underline their ambitions in the current season. The next games promise to be exciting duels at the top of the table.
