Janis Moser is moving within the NHL from the Arizona Coyotes, who have relocated to Utah, to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The 24-year-old Swiss defenseman was traded to Tampa from the Utah Hockey Club, the league's new franchise.
Tampa Bay was eliminated in the playoff round of 16 last season by the eventual Stanley Cup-winning Florida Panthers. Moser has played for the Arizona Coyotes since 2021.
