FC Luzern are loaning Aleksandar Stankovic from Inter Milan for the coming season. The Swiss club then have an option to buy the 18-year-old defensive midfielder.

The club did not disclose the amount of the purchase option.

Stankovic, who is captain of the Serbian U19 national team, came through the Italian champions' entire youth academy and was part of the extended first-team squad. He played for the U19s last season. Stankovic is the son of Dejan Stankovic, who himself played for Inter Milan for ten years.
