Young Boys announce the signing of 28-year-old midfielder Rayan Raveloson on the day of the meagre 0-0 draw against Winterthur in his debut under coach Giorgio Contini.

The 33-time Madagascar international, who also has French nationality, last played for Auxerre in Ligue 1 and has signed a contract in Bern until the summer of 2028.

Raveloson brings the experience of more than 300 professional games to the Swiss champions' team, who will be competing in the next 14 Super League games for a place in the championship round. The father of three has previously played for Auxerre, Troyes, Tours and Los Angeles Galaxy. Raveloson played 13 games for Auxerre this season and scored one goal.
