EHC Kloten completes its roster for next season with Canadian defenseman Thomas Grégoire.

The 26-year-old Grégoire played last season first in Sweden with Rögle BK and then in Switzerland with Fribourg-Gottéron. The Canadian received a one-year contract. In the 2022-23 season, Grégoire scored the most goals of all defensemen in Finland (13) as a player of Lukko Rauma.

Kloten will thus start the new season with new Finnish coach Lauri Marjamäki, two foreign defensemen (Grégoire, Sami Niku) and four "imports" at forward (Miro Aaltonen, Daniel Audette, Tyler Morley and Niko Ojamäki). The Kloten team considers its personnel planning for next season to be complete for the time being.
