Hischier tied the game at 1-1 against the Panthers in the 43rd minute and recorded his 37th goal. No other Swiss player has been as productive as the 26-year-old this season. Timo Meier assisted on his compatriot's goal and has 16 assists and a total of 30 points. The Swiss co-production only helped the Devils to a limited extent. They ultimately had to succumb to the champions in the penalty shootout.
