While leaders Lausanne had no game on Saturday, HC Davos won the chasing duel in the National League against SC Bern 3-2 and moved up to third place.

Behind them, the ZSC Lions suffered another setback after their first win under Marco Bayer on Friday. The Swiss champions lost 2-1 to EV Zug in their own stadium.

On the other hand, EHC Kloten were successful at home, beating the SCL Tigers 3-2, and EHC Biel achieved an important 4-3 win against Ambri-Piotta to pull away from the bottom of the table.

HC Ajoie are still at the bottom of the table, but the team from the Jura managed a 3-1 win in their clash against neighbors Lugano, raising hopes that Ajoie will not have to finish the season in last place.

In the Romand derby between Genève-Servette and Fribourg-Gottéron, the Fribourg team prevailed for the first time (2-1).
