Alinghi RB Racing is not giving up. The Swiss sailing syndicate wins the Challenger Series semi-final against Great Britain for the second time in a row and reduces the score to 2:4 in the best-of-9 series.
In the sixth regatta off Barcelona, the Swiss got off to a good start, gave up the lead briefly at the first tack, but pulled away from the British shortly afterwards with convincing maneuvers.
The Swiss seem to be coping better with the light wind conditions than the British. The Swiss already won the 5th regatta on Monday in precarious wind conditions.
The 7th regatta will also be sailed in Barcelona on Wednesday.
