The Schwyz cantonal police stopped a 22-year-old wrong-way driver in Seewen on Monday. The man had turned his vehicle around on the A4 highway in the direction of Goldau and had driven on the emergency lane to the highway entrance in Seewen.

There, the man parked his car in a parking garage and was stopped by the police shortly afterwards, as reported by the Schwyz cantonal police on Tuesday. The driver was driving without a driver's license and confessed.

According to initial findings, the man stopped on the A4 near Buecheneggen and turned around shortly before a traffic check by the cantonal police.
