Motorcycle accident Motorcyclist crashes on a bend near Rhäzuns GR and injures himself

An 18-year-old motorcyclist suffered moderate injuries in a crash on a bend between Rhäzüns and Thusis GR on Sunday afternoon. He was taken to the cantonal hospital in Chur, according to the police.

The young man was riding with colleagues on Sunday when he lost control of his motorcycle in a right-hand bend for as yet unexplained reasons. As a result, he crashed. The two colleagues provided first aid until the ambulance arrived, according to the cantonal police.

The severely damaged motorcycle had to be loaded up and transported away. The Graubünden cantonal police are investigating the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
