Vandalism Fribourg police catch three serial sprayers

Fribourg police have identified and charged three suspected graffiti sprayers. Between January and July, they are said to have caused damage amounting to over ten thousand francs in Mézières and Romont.

According to the cantonal police, tags and graffiti were discovered on around 20 buildings and infrastructures in the two municipalities. A total of eight criminal charges have been filed in this connection.

Investigations have now led to three suspected perpetrators, as the Fribourg cantonal police wrote in a statement on Friday. A 23-year-old and a 19-year-old admitted to being involved in three and eight cases respectively. A 14-year-old admitted his involvement in two cases.
