An 18-year-old motorcyclist was measured at 148 km/h during a speed check in Cutterwil on Saturday morning. The speed limit would have been 80 km/h. He has lost his license and motorcycle. The public prosecutor's office is investigating him for a speeding offense.

Shortly after the check, a patrol from the Fribourg cantonal police stopped him, as reported by the police. The police questioned him in the presence of a lawyer. They reported the man to the public prosecutor's office.
