Accident 13-year-old girl hit by a car on the road in Chur

A 13-year-old girl was hit by a car in Chur on Wednesday evening. Together with her mother, she wanted to cross a road, as the city police reported on Thursday.

The mother and her daughter did not use a crosswalk to cross the road, as the police confirmed at the request of the Keystone-SDA news agency. At the same time, a small white car coming from a petrol station turned onto the ring road, which led to the collision.

The driver asked about the girl's condition, the police reported. At the time, she stated that she was uninjured. The driver then drove on. According to the authorities, there was no exchange of personal details between the parties involved in the accident.

However, the day after the incident, the girl complained of pain and went to hospital for a check-up. The police are now looking for witnesses.
