Shots have been fired in a shopping center in Kungsbacka, Sweden. One person was hit, said a spokesman for the police in western Sweden. Life-saving measures had been initiated. One person was arrested. The shopping center was evacuated, as reported by the Swedish news agency TT. It is not yet clear exactly what happened.
