According to local security sources, Israel's military once again attacked targets in Lebanon during the night. A drone struck an apartment in a Palestinian refugee camp near the Mediterranean port city of Tripoli in the north-west of the country.

According to reports, there were deaths and injuries. The Bedawi refugee camp is located five kilometers northeast of Tripoli. It is the first attack of this kind on the area since Israel began its offensive more than two weeks ago, according to reports. Attacks were also reported again in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut and in the Bekaa Valley in the east. There was initially no information from Israel's army.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese Hezbollah issued a statement at dawn saying that it had fired another volley of rockets at northern Israel. According to the Israeli military, the pro-Iranian militia had fired around 222 missiles from Lebanon into Israeli territory the previous day. As a result, the sirens continued to wail in northern Israel during the night, according to the army. There were initially no reports of casualties or damage.
