Israel's army says it has attacked more than 120 Hezbollah targets in Lebanon from the air within 24 hours. These included weapons depots and rocket launchers that fired projectiles at Israel, the Israeli military announced. Operations on the ground in the south of the neighboring country are also reportedly continuing.

Israel's army once again accused the militia of systematically taking control of civilian areas throughout Lebanon. According to information from Lebanon, however, there are still many civilian victims of Israeli attacks.

In Lebanon, there were again reports of new Israeli airstrikes in the morning in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut, which are considered a stronghold of Hezbollah. Israel's army had previously called on residents of some buildings in the area to flee.

At the same time, the Israeli military once again reported projectiles being fired from Lebanon towards northern Israel. According to the Israeli rescue service Magen David Adom, there were several casualties, including foreign workers. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for a rocket attack on a military base in the greater Haifa area.
