Politics Hezbollah: Israeli soldiers attacked near the border

The Hezbollah militia in Lebanon has attacked Israeli soldiers near the southern border, according to its own account.

Hezbollah announced in the evening that they had been moving on the Israeli side in fruit groves near the border. There were also casualties on the Israeli side as a result of the attacks. The militia did not comment on unconfirmed reports that some Israeli soldiers may have already advanced into Lebanon.

The Hezbollah television station Al-Manar reported that the Israeli army had not yet violated the border. There have been "no violations of the border (by Israel)", reported a correspondent for the station. Al-Manar also reported that Israeli military vehicles were moving close to the border and that fighter jets and drones were flying over the border area.
