In the Bulgaria trial, the Appeals Chamber of the Federal Criminal Court questioned the UBS representative after the main defendant. He did not provide any information about the case.

The UBS representative was questioned as a respondent and repeated that UBS did not agree with the transfer of responsibility from Credit Suisse to UBS. "UBS has nothing to do with this matter", the lawyer emphasized.

For this reason, he was not in a position to testify on this case. "This is at least 17 years old and concerns another bank and other management bodies." The lawyer clarified that he had never worked for Credit Suisse and did not know the two defendants.
