Sandro Ramirez and Fabio Silva scored in the second half for the Canaries, who were 17th in the table at the leaders. In between, Raphinha equalized for the Catalans with his 14th goal of the season.
Real Madrid, who have played two games less, could close the gap on Barça to one point with a home win against Getafe on Sunday.
