The lottery money has once again provided Swiss Olympic with a record check this year.

The Swiss Sports Promotion Foundation presented the umbrella organization of Swiss sport with a sum of around 65 million francs on Friday.

The 64,872,300 francs that Swiss Olympic is distributing to the sports associations as sports funding is more than five million francs more than last year, when a record sum was also recorded.

At the 28th meeting of the Sports Parliament, the delegates also approved Swiss Olympic's budget for the coming year. A loss of 987,000 Swiss francs is expected with a total income of 124.2 million Swiss francs.
