"Not everything you read is true" Pietro on his future at DSDS
Despite reports of his absence from the next DSDS season, Pietro Lombardi has not yet commented on this. On Sunday, he surprised his fans with a statement.

Pietro Lombardi, known from Deutschland sucht den Superstar, is causing confusion about his participation in the next season. After reports emerged that RTL was planning without him, the singer himself spoke out.
Pietro about DSDS rumors
In an Instagram story late on Sunday evening (November 17), Lombardi answered questions from his fans. When asked whether he was really excluded from the DSDS jury, he answered evasively: "You can understand what you read, but not everything you read is true." He explained that the station's management had assured him that he had not been kicked out. The planning for the new season is still underway and his participation is still open: "Maybe I'll be there too, I don't know, I don't know."
Pietro remains calm
Lombardi emphasized that a possible departure from DSDS would not be the end of the world for him. "Of course I love DSDS, but one door closes and another opens." He made it clear that the rumors about him being kicked out were false. He also rejected speculation about a strained relationship with Dieter Bohlen: "Everything is fine between me and Dieter, we have much more in common than just a jury job. You don't have to worry: We'll remain friends no matter what happens."
Lombardi recently announced that he would be reducing his touring activities in order to concentrate on other projects. Nevertheless, he assured his fans that he will continue to be present with music and performances - possibly also on DSDS.
