Oliver Pocher (46) lives in a patchwork family that is second to none. After separating from Amira Aly (32), he continues to look after their children. His ex-wife Sandy Meyer-Wölden (41), with whom he also has children, lives in the same house. But that's not all: Amira's brother Hima is also part of this colorful shared apartment.
Living together in harmony
Hima, Amira's brother, is an integral part of the shared flat and was recently a guest on the podcast "Die Pochers! Freshly recycled", which Oliver runs with Sandy. Despite his sister's separation from Oliver, Hima gets on well with both of them. The pandemic meant that Hima moved in with Amira and Oliver and quickly felt at home. When Amira moved out, Hima stayed with Oliver as he didn't see the separation as his own.
Challenges of the living situation
Oliver Pocher emphasizes that Hima is not imposing on him and that the living situation is not permanent. The relationship between Oliver and Amira is strained, which puts Hima in a difficult position. Nevertheless, he stays for the time being, as finding an apartment is difficult for him and Sandy Meyer-Wölden due to the tight real estate market. Oliver shows understanding for his flatmates' challenges.
