The US actor Mike Heslin has died. His husband Scotty Dynamo writes that Heslin died of a sudden cardiac event after a week-long battle in hospital.
Husband Scotty Dynamo mourns on Instagram. He writes: "On July 2, my husband, best friend and soulmate passed away from an unexpected heart failure after a week-long battle in the hospital."
The doctors can't explain Heslin's cardiac death, Scotty Dynamo says in his farewell post: "Michael was young, in perfect health and the doctors have no explanation for what happened."
The 30-year-old Heslin became famous through series such as "Lioness" and "The Influencers". It was only last November that he married Dynamo in the US state of Arizona.
He was not only active in front of the camera. He also celebrated success behind the scenes. His horror short film "Happy Halloween" was named "Best New Director" and his film won five awards at the Hollywood Blood Horror Festival.
Mike Heslin has donated his organs to various recipients, enabling him to give "the gift of life" to four different families, writes his partner.
