German cabaret artist Dieter Nuhr will be performing three times in Switzerland in 2025. At the beginning of May, he will be a guest in Bern, Zurich and Basel.

Nuhr is the master of comic contemporary analysis, according to a press release issued on Wednesday. He dissects the present, comes across absurdities and contradictions everywhere and "always creates new punchlines". Even if the world "is in a questionable state" when Nuhr goes on tour, "it is uproariously funny".
Nuhr's irony is often paired with gross incomprehension. He processes his bewilderment at the state of the world with sarcasm. His satire is based on observation, amazement and thinking things through to the end, he continued. He takes his audience on a "highly amusing journey through serious times". And when he dissects the present, everyone looks.

On Friday, May 1, Nuhr will be performing at the Musical Theater Basel, on May 2 at the Volkshaus Zurich and on May 3 at the Theatersaal National in Bern.
