"I wasn't feeling so well during the day, and then in the evening I got cramp-like stomach and kidney pains, had to vomit shortly before the show started and was then taken to a clinic," the 33-year-old wrote on Instagram on Sunday.

"I'm incredibly sorry that you waited so long and had to leave disappointed," Meyer-Landrut wrote on Instagram. "My conscience is driving me crazy, but my body said no."
The 33-year-old is currently on tour with her new album "Loyal to myself" and was due to perform in Wangen im Allgäu on Sunday evening. "I'm resting now and doing everything I can to be able to play the show for you tonight!" she wrote.
