Today, it's Taylor Swift who gets the crowds screaming in sold-out stadiums and goes to extremes for the fans. In their day, Alice Cooper and Deep Purple also managed this with ease. On Monday, many devoted fans are already gathering at Lake Geneva in the afternoon, long before the concerts in the evening.
