The Piazza Grande is filling up: alongside stars such as Lenny Kravitz, Peter Fox and Status Quo, pop rockers Snow Patrol will also be performing their hits.

Over 20 million records sold and several gold records - the British rock band Snow Patrol ("Chasing Cars", "Run") has nothing to hide and will be performing their rock anthems at the legendary Piazza Grande on July 17.

They will be supported by "Britain's Got Talent" singer Calum Scott, who will also be performing.

In addition to Snow Patrol, the Ticino festival has already confirmed several major acts. Rock legends Status Quo will kick things off, followed by the legendary Patent Ochsner together with up-and-coming singer Kings Elliot in front of a currently almost sold-out house.

Wincent Weiss and Michael Patrick Kelly will perform their ballads together, while Lenny Kravitz, Peter Fox and rapper Stress will provide the necessary hip swing and Joya Marleen and Hecht will provide the perfect musical finale.
