Gölä and Trauffer rocked the "Letzi"

The biggest Swiss dialect folk festival of all time is over - at least the first part. The Büetzer Buebe rocked the Letzigrund this evening and ensured that some of the 50,000 fans were close to ecstasy.

Hardcore fans already know, however: the two concerts are the last joint appearances by Gölä and Trauffer. There will therefore be quite a few people who will travel to Zurich again tomorrow to see their second and very last concert.

And here's an insider tip: if you fancy seeing the Büetzer Buebe live, then come to the "Letzi" tomorrow Saturday. Unlike the first one, their second performance is not yet completely sold out, at least not yet.

If you don't have the time or inclination to travel to Zurich, you can watch today's concert again as a replay on blue Zoom.

And that concludes this ticker. Let's rock and good night.

Zurich divides Reto Scherrer and Roman Kilchsperger

The fans at Letzigrund like Trauffer just as much as Gölä. The two presenters Reto Scherrer and Roman Kilchsperger, on the other hand, suddenly disagree and come to blows over the city of Zurich - almost.

"Have a cool time with great music and a party"

Reto Scherrer mingles with the enthusiastic fans and realizes that he has no idea about traditional Swiss costumes. But that's no big deal, at least the fan group from the Bernese Oberland doesn't hold it against him.

    The Büetzer Buebe split up

To the great delight of Büetzer Buebe fans, the biggest dialect folk festival of all time is taking place tonight and tomorrow evening. But some of them will also shed a tear or two.

It has been known for some time that these will be Gölä and Trauffer's last two concerts together. The reason: after their two greatest performances of all time, the two Bernese musicians are parting ways.

But don't worry, the duo are parting ways without a row. However, they both want to perform alone on stage again in the future. So it will be interesting to see what else Gölä and Trauffer will do musically in the future.

The big warm-up show with lots of star guests

Finally, it's about to start - the Swiss concert event of the year: the two Büetzer Buebe Gölä and Trauffer will soon take to the stage of the sold-out Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich.

But a little patience is still required. Before the concert starts at 8 p.m., two other gentlemen with pretty big mouths take center stage:

Reto Scherrer and Roman Kilchsperger will lead through the warm-up show from 5pm.

The presenter duo will not back down under any circumstances. "Hopefully we won't steal the show from the Büetzer Buebe", is the challenge from the Kilchsperger/Scherrer duo in "Blick" this morning.

Roman Kilchsperger and Reto Scherrer have already provided plenty of good entertainment on Swiss television SRF's "Donnschtig-Jass". Tonight, the two are now trying their hand at opening for the Büetzer Buebe.

And this much can already be revealed: Numerous star guests are expected. That is, if all goes well.

In "Blick", Roman Kilchsperger recalls his most formative experience with Gölä when he ran away from the "Musicstar" jury in 2009. "Who knows, maybe I'll do something similar tonight ...", he oracles meaningfully, while Reto Scherrer reassures him: "I'm there as a back-up."

Gölä: "Zurich is like New York for us"

They had to wait a long time, but tonight the time has come: the two Büetzer Buebe Gölä and Trauffer can finally make up for the first of their two concerts at the Letzigrund stadium in Zurich, which have been postponed for two years.

And tonight in front of a sold-out audience of no less than 45,000 people. No Swiss act has managed this before the Büetzer Buebe.

It's almost logical that the two musicians haven't always slept well in the last few days. Not least because Gölä only feels comfortable in Switzerland's most populous city to a limited extent. "Zurich is like New York for us," admitted Gölä, who has never been to the Big Apple, in an interview with "Blick" a year ago.

Everything is so hectic in the city on the Limmat. There were also far too many people for him. "The best thing is the signpost to Bern," joked Gölä. "But the city of Bern is also too big for me," the 54-year-old musician clarified.

His colleague Trauffer, on the other hand, is always drawn to cities, so a trip to Zurich is not to be sneezed at. "But I'm always happy to go home again."'

If you're still stuck at home because you couldn't get a ticket for tonight's Bützer Buebe concert, you don't have to be sad, because here's the good news:

You can follow the concert live on blue News or blue Zoom. It starts at 5 pm with the warm-up show, hosted by the presenter duo Roman Kilchsperger and Reto Scherrer and many top-class star guests.

The Büetzer Buebe stage is 60 meters wide and 25 meters high. 35 trucks and two cranes were needed to bring the material to the Letzigrund. Thomas Gfeller knows every technical detail.
