Politics Israel: Air strike on command center in former school building

According to a military spokesman, Israeli warplanes have attacked a Hamas command post in a former school building in the north of the Gaza Strip. Various measures had previously been taken to limit harm to civilians.

According to medical personnel, four Palestinians were killed in the attack and an undisclosed number of people were injured. It was not clear whether they were Hamas fighters or civilians. Internally displaced people have reportedly found shelter near the former school site.
