The ZSC Lions are back at the top of the National League thanks to a 5-2 win in Lugano.

The Zurich side benefited from Davos' 1-0 defeat at Ambri-Piotta and now have the same number of points as the Grisons with two games less.

Lausanne and Bern, who occupy third and fourth place in the table, both lost in overtime after leading 3:1. The Vaud team lost away at bottom-placed Ajoie, while Bern lost at home in the Zähringen derby against Fribourg-Gottéron. The SCB had previously won four in a row.

Fifth-placed Kloten went down 5-0 in Biel. The Seelanders scored four of the five goals in the middle third. Zug won 4:2 at the SCL Tigers and reduced the gap to Kloten to one point. Langnau dropped behind Biel and Ambri-Piotta in the standings and now occupy 9th place.
