Long rivals, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray are now teaming up.
"Welcome aboard, Coach Andy Murray," said the 24-time Grand Slam tournament winner in a video published on the X platform. "I'm looking forward to having one of my biggest rivals on the same side of the net as my coach"
The Scot is to coach Djokovic during the Australian Open, which begins on January 12. The two 37-year-olds have a close friendship, Murray was even best man at Djokovic's wedding. They have played against each other 36 times, with the Serb winning 25 times.
